In this day-to-day position, you will act as a primary point of contact at the Techbar and User Helpdesk, providing technical support for mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, scanners) and workplace hardware such as PCs, notebooks, and printers. Your responsibilities include IMAC-D activities, troubleshooting, and ticket management via remote and on-site support. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in system integration, proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Apple iOS, and experience with hardware from brands like HP and Lenovo. This role is perfect for a structured, reliable professional who thrives in a team environment and is comfortable with a shift-based schedule (05:00 to 23:00) and occasional Saturday on-call duties. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.
