As an IT Client Rollout Specialist, you will play a critical role in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure for a leading European IT service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and prioritizing service tickets via ServiceNow, installing and deploying client systems using standardized imaging processes, and maintaining user and machine accounts. You will also be responsible for hardware lifecycle management, including the setup, teardown, and cabling of IT workstations, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.
