As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving hardware and software issues directly at client locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and configuring workstations, installing software, and providing user training. You will perform troubleshooting on desktop systems, notebooks, printers, and various peripherals, while also assisting with network maintenance and IT rollouts. A key part of the role involves documenting activities and managing equipment through ticket and asset management systems. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT System Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in troubleshooting Windows clients, notebooks, printers, and standard hardware.
  • Experience in IT system integration and support environments.
