Job Summary

As a Biological Technical Assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Cell Therapy and Immunology (IZI) in Rostock, you will play a vital role in the 'Extracorporeal Therapy Systems' team. Your daily responsibilities include preparing and conducting cell biological, biochemical, and molecular biological experiments, as well as assisting with medical-technical laboratory tests related to organ replacement and blood purification systems. You will be responsible for documenting results according to good scientific practice, performing initial data analysis, and managing general laboratory organizational tasks, including material procurement. Additionally, you will support the supervision of students and interns.
