Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of analog and digital circuits specifically designed for safety-critical applications. Working within a team of experienced engineers at Brunel, you will handle the creation of schematics and layouts using Altium Designer, select appropriate components, and perform circuit simulations. A key part of your day-to-day work involves conducting EMC analyses and supporting testing and validation procedures. You will collaborate closely with software developers, system engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality documentation that adheres to strict safety standards. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in hardware development
- Demonstrated proficiency with Altium Designer
- Experience in the development of safety-critical systems is considered an advantage (e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 26262)
