As an E-Learning Specialist based in Pforzheim, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of digital learning content. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing educational courses, simplifying complex information, and managing the end-to-end production of thematic videos, including filming and post-production. You will also be responsible for creating multimedia assets and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the virtual learning environment's usability and design. The role offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing for 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work, supported by provided home-office equipment.
