Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a creative team in Pforzheim as an E-Learning Content Designer. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of digital learning materials, including the conceptualization, design, and maintenance of interactive e-learning courses. A significant portion of your daily work involves translating complex subject matter into easily understandable formats and producing high-quality multimedia content. This includes planning, filming, and editing thematic videos, as well as creating graphics and screendesigns. Beyond content creation, you will play a key role in the conceptual evolution of the company's virtual learning environment, focusing on usability and brand-consistent design. The position is particularly attractive due to its modern technological environment, flat hierarchies, and a flexible hybrid work model that allows for two days of remote work per week with company-provided equipment.
