Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of technical challenges, such as production failure rates, using structured methodologies like the 5-Why principle. You will develop and implement solutions to optimize processes and product quality, while supporting the qualification and validation of components and assemblies. A core part of your daily activities will involve executing technical modifications at the circuit diagram level and managing the creation and maintenance of test plans, protocols, and evaluations. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.

- Professional experience in applying root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
