As a Development Engineer for Restraint Systems, you will play a pivotal role in managing the component development lifecycle for automotive safety systems. Your daily responsibilities include steering component development, collaborating on the creation of specifications in compliance with current legal standards and internal requirements, and managing the tendering process for components. You will act as a technical lead for suppliers, ensuring effective communication and coordination, while also maintaining test specifications and overseeing external engineering service providers. Required Skills

Experience

  • Professional experience in the development of restraint systems or automotive components
  • Experience in the testing, commissioning, and validation of electronic vehicle systems and components is preferred
