Job Summary

As a Development Engineer for Seat Belt Systems, you will focus on the design and realization of complex vehicle-integrated belt systems and integral seat belt units. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing child safety requirements, including Isofix and TopTether integration, and coordinating development suppliers from the initial concept phase through to series production. You will oversee testing procedures, ensuring compliance with legal standards, quality targets, and cost objectives. The role requires a strong technical background in automotive engineering and a proactive approach to problem-solving based on field data. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience in testing, commissioning, and validation of electronic vehicle systems and components is considered an asset
