As a Patent Attorney at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT, you will play a pivotal role in protecting intellectual property within the telecommunications sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications at both national and international levels. You will represent clients before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA), conduct patent searches, and provide expert legal opinions on patent rights. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff and patent engineers.
