In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to qualify as both a German and European Patent Attorney. Your daily responsibilities will include supporting senior attorneys in client consultations, drafting patent applications in collaboration with inventors, and preparing legal opinions on the viability of patent applications based on search reports and examination notices. You will also participate in oral proceedings and assist with opposition and appeal procedures before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office and the European Patent Office.
