Job Summary

As a Biostatistician within the R&D Diagnostics division, you will serve as the analytical engine driving the development of next-generation medical diagnostics. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and executing complex statistical analyses to support global regulatory approvals for life-saving tests. You will utilize advanced statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and R programming to manage large datasets and resolve complex technical issues. A key aspect of this role is acting as a 'statistical translator,' bridging the gap between technical data and non-specialist stakeholders in Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, and R&D. You will also provide functional guidance and mentorship to team members, contributing to internal knowledge exchange and the evolution of analytical standards. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable quantitative field.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in biostatistics or a quantitative field for Master’s degree holders.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in biostatistics or a quantitative field for PhD holders.
  • Professional experience in complex clinical trial environments is highly preferred.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience in providing functional guidance and mentoring to team members.
