Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring product quality and safety within a food production environment. Your daily responsibilities include performing chemical-physical, sensory, and microbiological analyses on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products like milk and butter. You will monitor the entire manufacturing process, document findings, and collaborate closely with quality management, production, and technical departments. Furthermore, you will support research and development initiatives by assisting in the analysis of new products and the validation of new analytical methods. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a dairy laboratory technician, agricultural technical assistant, biology laboratory technician, chemistry laboratory technician, or a comparable scientific field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in microbiological and/or chemical-physical laboratory analysis is preferred.
  • Experience working within a multi-shift production environment.

Additional

  • Must be willing to work in a 3-shift system including weekends and public holidays. Ability to work in Freising, Germany.
