Job Summary

The IT Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the IT department at Stiftung Die Gute Hand in Kürten-Biesfeld. In this part-time (50%) position, you will be the first point of contact for internal users, providing essential telephone support and troubleshooting assistance. Your daily responsibilities include the inventory management, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software assets, as well as managing the distribution of office and IT consumables. This role is ideal for someone who is service-oriented, friendly, and eager to learn complex technical structures. While a background in IT or commercial administration is preferred, the position offers a supportive environment with professional onboarding and the chance to contribute to an organization dedicated to social welfare. You will work within a professional administration team, ensuring that the IT infrastructure remains organized and accessible for all staff members supporting the foundation’s core mission.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a commercial or IT-related field is preferred.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or administrative roles is preferred
  • Experience in managing hardware and software inventory
  • Demonstrated experience in user-facing support and service-oriented environments
