In this role, you will act as a key contributor at the intersection of chemical development, production, and process optimization within the pharmaceutical industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the introduction of new processes, conducting optimizations, and managing validation and troubleshooting efforts. You will be responsible for planning and executing development approaches, managing change requests, and maintaining rigorous documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing instructions. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Master or equivalent) in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Process Engineering; PhD is considered an ideal qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a pharmaceutical production environment
  • Experience with process validation and troubleshooting
  • Experience in occupational safety protocols in a chemical setting is preferred
