As a Project Manager for Renewable Energy and Medium Voltage Transformer Stations, you will play a pivotal role in connecting power generation facilities to the distribution grid. Your daily responsibilities include managing the entire project lifecycle—from initial quotation and technical planning of transformer stations and protection technology to budget control and final customer acceptance. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time while continuously optimizing internal workflows and structures. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in electrical engineering and commercial acumen. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Building and Energy Technology, or Master/Technician in Electrical Engineering, or a B.Sc. in Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the connection of power generation facilities to distribution grids
  • Experience in project management, including budget monitoring and client coordination
  • Practical knowledge of technical connection rules for low and medium voltage (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110)
  • Proven ability to manage project workflows from offer preparation to final acceptance
