As a Project Manager for Renewable Energy and Medium Voltage Transformer Station Construction, you will play a pivotal role in connecting power generation plants to the distribution grid. Your daily responsibilities include managing the entire project lifecycle—from initial proposal and budgeting to final client acceptance—while overseeing the integration of transformer stations, remote control, and protection technology. You will act as the primary point of contact for projects, ensuring technical excellence and financial performance, while continuously optimizing internal workflows and structures. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in electrical engineering and a solid understanding of both technical and commercial project requirements. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Building and Energy Technology, or Master/Technician in Electrical Engineering, or a B.Sc. in Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in connecting power generation plants to distribution grids
  • Proven experience in comprehensive project management, including budgeting and client communication
  • Technical experience with low and medium voltage grid connection regulations (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110)
