Job Summary

This role involves providing professional onsite IT support for a leading European IT service provider located near Potsdamer Platz, Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day technical operations, including ticket management, hardware installation and maintenance (IMAC services), and the lifecycle management of notebooks and mobile devices. You will act as the primary point of contact for onsite troubleshooting, equipment issuance, and technical assistance during both in-person and remote meetings. The position requires a customer-oriented professional capable of working in a rotating shift system (early and late shifts) between 7:00 and 19:00. Required Skills

Education
