As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems within a diverse environment. Your day-to-day tasks include providing onsite support and managing IMAC/D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) services for various end-user devices. You will handle the installation, configuration, and integration of hardware and software, manage printer fleets in a multi-vendor environment, and resolve technical issues through first and second-level support while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) via ticketing systems. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT system integration or technical support
  • Experience in managing hardware and software in a client environment
  • Experience working with ticket-based call-tracking systems and Service Level Agreements
