As an IT Help Desk Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing IT systems for our clients. Your daily responsibilities will involve providing technical support via phone, email, and remote access, managing incoming requests through a ticketing system, and assisting with larger-scale IT projects such as system migrations and hardware rollouts. We are looking for a proactive professional with a background in IT system integration and a solid foundation in Windows environments. Required Skills
Education
