Job Summary

As an IT Administrator (2nd Level), you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure for our client in the Roth district. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing and resolving complex incidents and requests escalated from the 1st level support team. You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and security of Windows-based server environments and Microsoft infrastructures, including Exchange and Microsoft 365. Additionally, you will perform system updates, manage patches, and contribute to IT projects such as migrations and rollouts. You will also be responsible for maintaining technical documentation to support internal knowledge management.
