Job Summary

This role involves contributing to and independently implementing, analyzing, and continuously developing central IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. The IT Process Manager will define, introduce, analyze, and evaluate the efficiency of key process and technical performance indicators within ITSM. Key responsibilities include supporting IT Process Managers in introducing and evolving ITIL 4 practices, developing scripts, and utilizing tools like BMC Helix ITSM to automate and standardize workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of IT infrastructures, software development, and ITSM platforms, coupled with strong customer orientation and an analytical, results-driven approach. This is a part-time, permanent position (20 hours/week) within the LWL.IT Service Department.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Diplom/Bachelor) in Computer Science, Technology, Mathematics, or a comparable field; OR completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Management Assistant, IT Systems Electronics Technician) with comparable knowledge.

Experience
