Job Summary

This role involves adapting and ensuring the quality of the SAP HCM system, while also driving its evolution into an integrated, efficient, and user-centric human resources management system, primarily through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. The specialist will coordinate functional requirements, translate HR processes into SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, and serve as the central point of contact for all HR-administering departments within the LWL main administration and the LWL Psychiatry Association of Westphalia. Key responsibilities also include addressing tax, social security, and collective bargaining law issues, coordinating technical implementations with the LWL.IT department and external service providers, and managing payroll for both civil servants and tariff employees. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in General Administration (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt:in, Bachelor of Laws from HSPV) OR successful completion of an advancement examination for General Administrative Service (Laufbahngruppe 2, erstes Einstiegsamt) OR successful completion of the Verwaltungsfachwirt:in (VL II) course OR a completed university degree (Diplom or Bachelor) in Business Administration or Computer Science.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in human resources with relevance to the specified tasks
  • Experience in coordinating requirements and implementing technical processes
  • Experience in collaborating with IT service providers
  • Practical experience in applying and supporting SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (desirable)
