Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer at ALTEN, you will play a pivotal role in the lifecycle management of electrical systems for medical storage and picking systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include sustaining engineering, end-of-life management, and value engineering to optimize costs and standardize components. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, circuit diagrams, and wire harness drawings, while performing simulations and calculations to ensure system integrity. Additionally, you will plan and document tests in compliance with regulatory standards such as the Machinery Directive and EN 60204-1. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical design and technical documentation
  • Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks for mechanical parts and assemblies)
  • Experience with circuit diagram software (SolidWorks Electrical or EPLAN)
  • Experience in analysis and validation of electrical systems
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and safety standards
