Job Summary

As a Cloud Engineer/Administrator focused on the Palo Alto Platform, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing the Secure Web Gateway to ensure secure and high-performance internet access. Your day-to-day will involve detecting and blocking threats like malware, exploits, and phishing by refining security policies. You will also protect sensitive data using Data Loss Prevention mechanisms and content/file controls, and ensure secure application usage through defining and maintaining Application Control rules. The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong knowledge of malware techniques and attack patterns, expertise in SSL/TLS protocols, PKI, certificates, CA trust chains, and identity/access integration. Network analysis skills, particularly with tools like Wireshark, are also important.
