Job Summary
As a Procurement Specialist for Information and Communication Technology at one of Germany's largest security authorities, you will play a critical role in maintaining national security infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the end-to-end procurement process for IT and communication systems. This involves advising on requirements, drafting detailed service specifications, reviewing technical requirement catalogs, and managing technical acceptance and warranty cases. You will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and central federal procurement agencies, including the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI). Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Minimum of 18 months of relevant professional experience in IT, administration, or engineering fields.
- Professional experience in technical procurement or administrative requirement analysis is highly valued.
- Candidates with a background in business informatics, administrative informatics, or engineering are preferred.
