Job Summary

The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their Facility Management team in Berlin-Lichterfelde. In this role, you will be responsible for the operator duties of technical systems across a diverse portfolio, including government ministries, research facilities, and security agency buildings. Your day-to-day work will involve managing maintenance plans, overseeing service contracts, and acting as a designated 'Responsible Electrical Specialist' (Elektrofachkraft) to ensure safety and compliance. You will also lead an operational team, manage maintenance processes within CAFM systems, and take project responsibility for construction and renovation measures, including planning and tendering. Required Skills
