Job Summary

As a Technical Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational safety within the facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling recurring technical inspections, maintaining a centralized inspection register, and monitoring deadlines to ensure timely execution. You will coordinate with both internal qualified personnel and external experts, review inspection reports for accuracy, and manage the remediation of identified defects. Furthermore, you will stay abreast of changes in legislation and technical standards (such as DIN, DGUV, and occupational safety laws) to update internal processes and documentation. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or technical vocational training (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) with a certified qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical inspection or related fields
  • Experience with pressure vessels and piping (TRBS 1203) is considered an advantage
  • Proven experience in interpreting and applying technical regulations and standards
  • Experience in managing maintenance and inspection management systems

German (Fluent)English (Basic)

Additional

  • Knowledge of WHG (Water Resources Act) and AwSV (Ordinance on Facilities for Handling Substances Hazardous to Water) is required.
