As an Electrical Maintenance Master Craftsman, you will lead and organize the electrical maintenance team, overseeing the planning and execution of maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure high plant availability. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing technical faults, implementing sustainable improvements, and ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and standards such as DIN VDE and DGUV. You will play a pivotal role in investment projects and commissioning while maintaining technical documentation and safety protocols. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering with further qualification as an Electrical Master Craftsman (Elektromeister) or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance
- Professional experience in the chemical industry preferred
- Leadership experience as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or in a similar supervisory capacity
- Proven experience in ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations
