In this role, you will serve as a key consultant and project lead for the implementation of Abacus ERP software solutions for architects, engineers, and service providers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex business requirements, designing and optimizing existing business processes, and providing hands-on support during software rollouts. You will also be responsible for creating comprehensive technical documentation and conducting customer training and coaching sessions to ensure successful software adoption. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of commercial acumen and technical affinity, coupled with a proactive 'hands-on' mentality. Commercial vocational training (Kaufmännische Grundausbildung)
Experience
- Professional experience in ERP consulting environments preferred

- Professional experience in software implementation or technical support preferred
- Commercial foundation and background required

- Must be based in or willing to work from Munich or Hamburg. Strong communication skills and analytical mindset required.
