Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Time Management Software Implementation at Abacus, you will play a pivotal role in the successful deployment of ERP-based time tracking solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading implementation projects, analyzing client business processes, and configuring complex time models, including break regulations, surcharge logic, and working time accounts. You will act as the primary bridge between technical systems and human resources, facilitating workshops with HR departments and works councils to ensure compliance with labor laws and collective agreements. The position involves end-to-end project management, from initial conceptual design and system customization to test management, quality assurance, and final go-live support. You will also be responsible for training key users and department staff, ensuring they are proficient with the new systems. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for IT processes, and the communication skills necessary to manage diverse stakeholders in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Required Skills
