As a Principal Scientist in Biology & Assays, you will drive innovative drug discovery projects, translating excellent science into differentiated therapeutic candidates. Working within a highly interdisciplinary environment, you will leverage your expertise in protein biology, biologics, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) to define lead-finding strategies and develop cutting-edge assay systems. You will collaborate seamlessly with disease biologists, computational biologists, and modality experts while mentoring junior staff and managing research resources.
