Job Summary

As a Measurement Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality and precision across development projects, reclamations, and series production. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting timely measurements, creating initial sample inspection reports, and analyzing manufacturing issues to provide technical solutions. You will be responsible for preparing CAD data for measurement programs, developing CNC measurement programs, and performing capability studies. A key aspect of this role is coordinating between internal stakeholders and external service providers while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, standards, and legal requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in measurement technology, proficiency in 3D coordinate metrology, and experience with relevant software tools. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Technician (Messtechniker, Fahrzeugtechniker, Werkstofftechniker) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a technician in measurement, automotive, or materials engineering
  • Experience in the independent creation of CNC measurement programs
  • Experience in interpreting technical drawings and defining measurement alignments
  • Experience in quality management and compliance with industry standards
