Job Summary

As a Battery Project & Quality Assurance Engineer, you will lead a team of quality engineers across multiple sites, overseeing the preventive quality planning throughout the product development process (PEP). Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring quality KPIs, managing project milestones, and preparing for series production releases (PPAP/VDA 2). You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments and clients, reporting quality status directly to the board level. This role requires a strong background in automotive quality management and high-voltage battery systems. You will be responsible for identifying deviations, escalating issues, and driving corrective actions to ensure project success.
