Job Summary

The IT Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the IT department at Stiftung Die Gute Hand in Kürten-Biesfeld. In this part-time (50%) position, you will serve as the first point of contact for staff, providing essential telephone support and user assistance. Your daily responsibilities include the inventory, setup, and documentation of hardware and software, as well as managing the distribution of IT consumables. This role is ideal for someone who is service-oriented, friendly, and eager to learn, as you will be working with complex IT structures. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a commercial or IT-related field is preferred.

Experience
