Job Summary

The IT Administrative Assistant will provide essential operational support to the IT department at Stiftung Die Gute Hand in Kürten-Biesfeld. In this part-time role (50%), you will be the primary point of contact for user support via telephone, assisting employees with their technical needs. Your daily responsibilities include the inventory, setup, and documentation of hardware and software, as well as managing the distribution of office and IT consumables. This position is ideal for someone with a service-oriented mindset who is eager to learn and adapt to complex technical structures. You will work within a supportive, multiprofessional administrative team dedicated to helping children, youth, and adults with complex needs. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a commercial or IT-related field is desirable.

Experience
