Job Summary

As an IT Service Management and IT Governance Specialist at Schmitt Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in defining, implementing, and refining IT service reporting standards and project management frameworks. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing SLA reporting, monitoring service performance KPIs, and ensuring the consistent application of internal IT processes. You will also coordinate the Business Needs Process (BNP) and establish communication standards across the IT site management organization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of quality and process management. You will be expected to support teams in implementing these standards and ensuring compliance through regular documentation and review. The position is ideal for a professional with a background in business informatics or IT who is passionate about structured governance and process optimization. Required Skills

Education
