Job Summary

As a Power Electronics Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex system requirements into technical specifications for power electronic components, such as inverters and DC/DC converters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating detailed requirement specifications covering electrical parameters, thermal management, EMC guidelines, and functional safety. You will act as the technical interface between internal departments and external suppliers, managing development partners and manufacturing service providers to ensure milestones are met and quality standards are upheld. Additionally, you will oversee validation processes and support the industrialization phase through to the start of production. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong background in power electronics, semiconductor technologies, and supplier management who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
