Job Summary

The IT Service Center of Bavaria is seeking a Trust Center Service Specialist to join their team in Munich. In this role, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd-level support for users of the Bayern-PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and offering expert guidance to approximately 600 administrative registration offices. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the production of smartcards for state authorities, conducting technical fault analysis and management, and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) with external providers.
