Job Summary
This role within the Ministry for Energy Transition, Climate Protection, Environment and Nature of Schleswig-Holstein involves coordinating approval processes for projects related to Net Zero technologies. You will work within a central contact point to facilitate the development of Net Zero Valleys, acting as a bridge between energy policy, industrial policy, and administrative coordination. Day-to-day tasks include managing approval procedures, monitoring deadlines, documenting processes, and fostering collaboration between companies, regional economic development agencies, and other stakeholders. The position is ideal for professionals with a background in public administration, economics, or environmental sciences who are passionate about shaping the industrial energy transition. You will contribute to making Schleswig-Holstein a climate-neutral industrial hub by 2040, working in an environment that values professional development, work-life balance, and collaborative public service.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/FH-Diploma) in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Economics, Environmental or Energy Sciences, Geography, Urban/Regional Planning, or a comparable field. Alternatively, a completed 'Qualifizierungslehrgang II' or equivalent career qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in project management or administrative coordination
- Experience in public sector environments or related professional fields
Languages
Additional
- Must meet requirements for civil service or public sector employment (TV-L). Ability to work in a mobile and flexible environment is required.
