As an IT Support Specialist for the Digital Workplace at TUM Klinikum, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the IT environments that support medical care, research, and teaching. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st-level support, resolving technical issues on-site, via phone, or through remote maintenance, and ensuring that workstations—including PCs, tablets, smartphones, and specialized medical hardware like scanners and printers—are fully operational. You will collaborate closely with the service desk, support IT onboarding processes, and contribute to digital transformation projects, such as the implementation of Microsoft 365.
