Job Summary

In this role, you will act as a key driver for the Quality Management processes at B. Braun Vetcare and the B2B business unit in Tuttlingen. Your daily responsibilities include maintaining and developing the Integrated Management System (IMS), reviewing and approving quality-relevant documentation, and managing the quality governance for B2B projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding complaints, vigilance cases, and quality assurance agreements, while also coordinating and supporting B2B customer audits. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with national and international regulatory standards and lead strategic projects focused on digitalization and new technologies within the quality department.
