Job Summary

As an SMT Placement Machine Technician at LINTEC Electronics, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the technical production processes within our SMT assembly line. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire SMT production line, which includes SMT placement machines, solder paste printers, and SPI/AOI inspection systems. You will be responsible for creating, adapting, and refining placement programs, as well as optimizing process parameters to ensure high process reliability. Additionally, you will plan and execute maintenance and repair tasks to ensure smooth operations. This position requires a solid background in electronics or mechatronics, along with practical experience in operating SMD placement equipment.
