In this role, you will serve as a key technical contact within our internal support team, focusing on the analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions in our energy storage systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert technical advice to customers via phone and email, managing and documenting service requests, and supporting remote commissioning of systems. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to solve complex technical challenges. Experience
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally as an electronics technician, mechatronics engineer, or equivalent.
- Professional experience in electrical engineering and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or service-oriented roles.
