Job Summary

This role involves supporting the voluntary fire brigades by managing procurement of vehicles and materials, handling invoicing and general correspondence, and overseeing the financial aspects of fire safety services. The successful candidate will prepare meeting minutes, assist with budget planning, and manage the review and billing of fee-based operations. They will also be responsible for updating fire department statutes and fee regulations, preparing resolutions for political bodies, and contributing to the development of needs and development plans. This position requires strong administrative skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with fire department leadership and volunteers. Experience
