Job Summary
This role within the Department of Internal Services in Darmstadt focuses on driving digital transformation and innovation across municipal administrative departments. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end IT and digitalization projects, develop and optimize administrative processes, and ensure compliance with digital access laws (OZG). Daily tasks include conducting business process analysis, identifying requirements, preparing data for presentations, and leading change management initiatives. The position requires a strong background in public administration, business informatics, or business management, combined with practical experience in project and process management. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent; or certification as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt) or Business Specialist (Wirtschaftsfachwirt).
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project and change management
- Professional experience in digital transformation, digitalization, or IT environments
- Experience in business process mapping, analysis, and optimization
- Experience in organizing and facilitating workshops and presentations
