Job Summary

As a Process Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, optimizing, and evolving business processes across the entire value chain. Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency, transparency, and profitability by reducing complexity and improving response times. You will design and implement controlling instruments and reporting structures, while also optimizing IT systems such as ERPs. A key aspect of this role is leading independent projects focused on organizational transformation and process improvement. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in business administration, industrial engineering, or business informatics, combined with professional experience in process management, controlling, or supply chain management. Required Skills

Education
