Job Summary

As an IT Business Analyst for Archive Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing the product lifecycle of the OSPlus archive, a critical component integrated into banking operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve translating complex regulatory requirements—such as HGB, AO, and GDPR—into actionable technical and functional specifications. You will conduct market and trend analyses to optimize the customer journey, manage business cases for product initiatives, and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning and executing tests, including the automation of test processes, and providing expert 2nd and 3rd-level support to resolve complex issues. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation within a high-stakes banking environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Professional experience in requirements engineering and test management
  • Professional experience working within agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
