As an IT Business Analyst for Document Services, you will play a pivotal role in the lifecycle management of Document Management Systems (DMS) within a leading European banking IT provider. Your daily responsibilities include conducting requirements engineering, analyzing and specifying technical needs, and managing quality assurance through test planning and automation. You will provide expert 2nd- and 3rd-level support, resolve complex incidents, and consult with internal departments to integrate DMS services into the core banking platform, OSPlus. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to agile teams, participate in stakeholder workshops, and identify innovation potentials to optimize the customer journey.
